I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The room had great views of the ocean, and it was nice to be close to everything. I didn't get pressured to attend any presentations during my visit, which made for a stress-free experience. It was a pleasant surprise to find the location right on the boardwalk.

There were downsides, like the lack of an outside pool. The restaurant downstairs was expensive and not good. The shower area was open to the bedroom, which I found odd.

The room was clean, but the kitchen lacked cookware.

we loved our stay at boardwalk resort and villas. the location is so convenient, with easy access to many attractions and the handicap walkway. the housekeeping staff did a great job making our stay comfortable. plus, our room had a fantastic ocean view, which added to the experience.

When we checked in, our room was dirty as if someone was still staying there. The front desk moved us to a different room, but it wasn’t what I paid for. There was so much miscommunication about our reservations. it was extremely frustrating.
